As an Associate Director in the Performance team, you'll work in a highly collaborative way and enjoy seeing the influence of your work by managing and developing an extensive portfolio of MI & Reporting.Job DescriptionCore Purpose of the Role:This is a great opportunity to join our team. You'll be working in a collaborative fashion driving effort to build, support and improve our reporting, all while working closely with wider reporting teams such as Data Services, Finance and Platform teams which will provide exciting new challenges.You'd be responsible for managing the ingestion, maintenance, improvement, cleaning and manipulation of data in operational and analytical dashboards to drive performance improvements. You’d need an understanding of designing dashboard solutions, preferably with hands-on experience building data products within tight turnaround times.What we're looking for:A track record of the required data and reporting experience, as well as a "can-do" approach, capability of fulfilling a catalogue of requirements, and ability to effectively work with multi-disciplinary teams across the end-to-end customer journey.You’ll have a strong organisational awareness and deep knowledge of dashboard design and key performance metrics. You appreciate and acknowledge the impact of certain performance metrics and can anticipate stakeholders needs and requirements.
