The role
- We're hiring a Product Manager to help shape the next chapter of LoanTube across both consumer and business lending. You'll collaborate closely with the founders and work across discovery, execution and delivery on some of the most important initiatives in the company.
- You'll turn ideas into structured product plans, drive alignment across engineering and commercial teams, and push features from concept to launch. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, fast cycles, and high visibility.
What you'll do
• Product direction
- Turn complex problems into clear product initiatives
- Run user and partner discovery to inform roadmap decisions
- Prioritise based on impact, feasibility and commercial relevance
• Execution
- Work side-by-side with engineering to plan and deliver features
- Write specs, mock flows and refine journeys with clarity
- Manage technical integrations with lenders, partners and data providers
- Unblock the team and keep momentum high throughout delivery
• Quality and iteration
- Own QA and ensure each release meets the mark
- Monitor product performance and diagnose friction quickly
- Turn data and insight into meaningful improvements
• Alignment and ownership
- Keep internal and external stakeholders aligned and informed
- Communicate progress crisply and proactively
- Bring structure, clarity and pace to every initiative you touch
Who you are
- You've built digital products in a fast-paced environment
- You're structured, curious and comfortable owning end-to-end delivery
- You collaborate naturally across engineering, design and commercial
- You care about outcomes, not output
- You thrive in an on-site, high-energy environment where decisions move fast
- Fintech or credit experience is a plus but not essential
