We’re looking for a proactive Procurement Administrator to support our operations and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

General Office Administration

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Filing and organizing digital and physical documents
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes

IT Asset & Inventory Management

  • Tracking hardware and software inventory
  • Coordinating procurement and delivery of IT equipment
  • Ensuring warranty and license records are up to date

Purchasing & Vendor Coordination

  • Creating and managing purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers and distributors
  • Comparing quotes and negotiating pricing
  • Monitoring delivery timelines and resolving delays
  • Reconciling invoices and coordinating with finance

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintaining client contracts, SLAs
  • Assisting with GDPR, or other compliance documentation

 Client & Team Support

  • Updating CRM systems with client details and service notes
  • Supporting ticketing systems (ConnectWise)
  • Assisting with internal communications and team coordination

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong multitasking abilities and composure under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Adaptability to new IT systems and tools
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident negotiation and vendor management capabilities

Additional Information/Company Benefits

  • 20 days plus bank holidays. You will receive and additional days holiday every year after 2 years of employment up to a maximum of 25 days
