Salary - circa £40k DOE 

We have an incredibly exciting Onboarding specialist role in tech, responsible for ensuring clients successfully integrate onto the company platform within the Hospitality Tech sector, focus on developing and executing onboarding programs, providing support, collaborating and facilitate a smooth transition, while also improving processes and addressing technical aspects. 

• Technical Skills:
  • Possess a good understanding of basic technical concepts and be able to explain them in simple terms. 
  • Be able to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during the onboarding process.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
