The Role

  • Deliver full end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting
  • Use HubSpot to manage campaign activity, automation and reporting
  • Build and execute outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns and digital channels
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline goals
  • Analyse campaign results and optimise activity based on engagement and ROI
  • Develop creative campaign ideas and messaging to cut through crowded technology markets
  • Track performance metrics and translate activity into business outcomes
  • Confidently challenge ideas and propose new approaches where needed
  • You will be responsible for building and running campaigns that engage target accounts, drive leads and convert engagement into pipeline opportunities.
  • This is a role for someone comfortable balancing creative marketing thinking with commercial accountability.

Ideal Candidate Experience:

  • Background in B2B technology or IT marketing
  • 7 years experience in Marketing and Campaign Management
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance and ROI
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and commercial stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness is critical, understanding how marketing activity translates into pipeline and sales success.
  • Marketing professional comfortable running end-to-end B2B technology campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Multi-channel campaign execution, digital engagement, pipeline generation and marketing performance tracking
  • Growing marketing function with strong leadership support and clear progression towards Head of Marketing.
