The Opportunity -

We are looking for a highly motivated new business sales professional to join our growing UK&I sales organisation.

This is a true hunter role focused on:

  • Winning new logos
  • Building strategic relationships
  • Driving net-new revenue
  • Creating long-term customer value

You will operate across a broad enterprise portfolio with the backing of a highly capable pre-sales, technical and delivery organisation.

What You’ll Be Selling-

You’ll represent a market-leading enterprise technology portfolio across:

  • Data Centre & Hybrid Cloud Services
  • Intelligent Networking
  • Intelligent Security
  • Managed Services
  • Data & AI Solutions

This is consultative, outcome-led enterprise selling — not transactional product sales.

Market Focus -

While Logicalis has historically been very strong within Higher Education, we are rapidly expanding across:

  • Financial Services
  • Retail
  • Commercial Enterprise

This creates significant opportunity for ambitious sales professionals looking to establish themselves within high-growth markets.

What Success Looks Like -

Typical deal profile:

  • Average deal size: ~£200K revenue at ~10% margin
  • Sales cycle: Typically 1–6 months
  • Larger enterprise deals regularly exceed this
  • (including £1M+ GM engagements won last year)

This role is focused on:

  • Gross Profit performance
  • Revenue generation
  • Building long-term customer value

Our remuneration structure includes:

The Team -

You’ll join a growing UK&I sales organisation consisting of:

  • ~30 sales professionals
  • Extensive pre-sales and technical resources
  • ~25 additional sales support specialists

This is a highly collaborative environment with serious technical depth behind the sales organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing -

New Business Development

  • Identify, target and win new enterprise customers
  • Build strategic pipelines across target sectors
  • Develop long-term customer relationships

Enterprise Sales Leadership

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to close
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Deliver against commercial and margin objectives

Executive Engagement

  • Engage CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors and senior stakeholders
  • Understand business challenges and align technology outcomes

Solution Selling

  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical specialists
  • Build compelling, outcome-led propositions
  • Demonstrate clear business value and ROI
