Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Logicalis UK & Ireland

This role is based in our London Farringdon office, with a hybrid working pattern of 4 days on‐site and 1 day working from home. While based in our London office you'll be working closely with our Ireland Sales Manager to identify and execute multiple campaigns to drive growth in the Ireland business.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team and help generate new business opportunities across the Irish market.

This is a 100% outbound prospecting role, focused on building pipeline within mid-enterprise and enterprise organisations.

You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations with senior decision-makers, and booking qualified discovery meetings for our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-activity, target-driven environment and wants to build a career in enterprise technology sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Identify and engage mid-enterprise and enterprise organisations across Ireland
  • Research accounts to understand their business priorities, IT environment, and key decision-makers
  • Generate and qualify new opportunities for the sales team
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Pre-Sales, Customer Success and Services teams
  • Continuously develop your understanding of the enterprise technology landscape

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders in enterprise organisations
  • A highly resilient and self-motivated mindset
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Interest in technology, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Cognism, LinkedIn, Lusha or SalesLoft (desirable)
