Now, due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our mid-market and new business sales function.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, drive revenue growth, and help position Logicalis at the forefront of modern IT transformation.
What you’ll be doing -
Leadership & Growth
· Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
· Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers
· Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned to business growth targets
· Build a winning culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and performance
Revenue & Commercial Performance
· Own sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
· Drive GM, profitability, ARR, and revenue growth
· Ensure consistent execution of the full sales lifecycle
· Work closely with marketing and technical practices to maximise opportunity conversion
Coaching & Performance
· Mentor and coach sales professionals to improve performance and productivity
· Conduct regular reviews, target planning, and progression conversations
· Help shape the next generation of sales talent within the organisation
What we’re looking for -
We’re looking for a commercially sharp sales leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Ideal background:
· 10+ years in sales leadership or commercial management
· Experience selling technology, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or data solutions
· Strong track record in new business acquisition and revenue growth
· Ability to lead in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
· Passion for coaching, developing, and inspiring teams
· Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
