What you will be doing

  • Providing electrical and mechanical maintenance across automated systems
  • Responding to equipment faults and carrying out effective troubleshooting
  • Resetting equipment errors caused by product, system or operator issues
  • Supporting Logistex equipment and systems in line with customer requirements
  • Following Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments and safe systems of work
  • Participating in engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Following escalation procedures and supporting operational performance
  • Using CMMS systems and maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports

What do we need from you?

  • Engineering qualification such as NVQ, BTEC, City & Guilds, HNC or ONC
  • Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
  • Understanding of automation and control systems
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Experience operating within continuous improvement environments
  • Ability to diagnose faults and solve problems effectively
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance reporting
  • Understanding of robotic technologies would be advantageous
