In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations for automated material handling systems in production environments, offering vital support through our 24/7 hotline service. You are critical to how smooth businesses operate.

What will you be doing?
- Provide 24/7 technical assistance and resolve issues related to Warehouse Management and Material Flow Systems
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and logging issues into the support ticketing system
- Collaborate with the support team to write and update technical knowledge base articles
- Help manage escalations and support customer service through the account management team.
What are we looking for?
- Eager to develop technical skills in a high-demand industry.
- Comfortable working in a shift-based environment, including weekends and nights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Attention to detail alongside good verbal and written communication skills
- Desirable: Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL (Oracle / Postgres)
