ERP IT Manager (EPICOR)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ERP IT Manager to join a client of ours on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Epicor ERP System, or similar, and will lead on the day-to-day management, optimisation, and ongoing development of the system.

Your responsibilities will include, although not limited to; Identifying process improvements, resolving system issues, managing ERP related projects across departments, working with third-party vendors and Epicor support. You'll also plan future upgrades, drive system enhancements, and provide training to end users to ensure the business gets the most from the system.

The ERP IT Manager will also oversee our clients IT operations in collaboration with external support partners, ensuring reliable and efficient service across the business. This will include leading IT planning and strategy, driving innovation, managing resources, and ensuring the smooth day to day running of all systems and software.

The following skill set will be deemed as advantageous; SQL, C#, SSRS, REST API, KPIs, Power BI, CRM, SharePoint

This role will require you to be on site for 4 days initially with the remainder working remotely, travel if required.

Salary: Dependent on experience
