Epicor Business Process Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Epicor Business Process Lead to join our client within the Supply Chain/Manufacturing arena, on a permanent basis. The Epicor Business Process lead will be required to work on site 5 days a week and be happy to travel to other sites as required (expenses paid). As well as understanding the full end-to-end business process of a manufacturing/supply chain organisation, you should be technically proficient with Epicor to be able to configure and resolve issues as they arise, whilst also working with external support partners when required.

Our client is an industry leading manufacturing organisation, where things can change very quickly and their Epicor system is key to the success of their business. Their warehouse is 80% of their business and heavily relies on Epicor therefore the successful candidate will need to be technically competent on configuring Epicor and have all round solid experience of the system.

The ideal candidate will be all about Business Process, with the ability to; Oversee relationships with providers, get to grips with business process at pace, understand implementation challenges and work with technical partners to resolve issues.

As much as this is an ERP Business Process Lead role, you will need to be technically competent and highly strategic from an IT Management perspective, as almost all of our clients IT is outsourced, with one other internal support technician.

Any experience with SQL/additional development tools will be deemed as advantageous, although not essential.
