We are hiring for an experienced, Senior IT Systems and Data Specialist for a housing organisation who are based in North London, where the successful candidate will work autonomously to support a variety of IT Systems and Data platforms. It is therefore a requirement that the successful candidate has experience in supporting working and being technically hands on with - Salesforce, HomeMaster (Or a similar housing management platform), Pegasus Opera, as well as day to day Microsoft IT Support, Wi-Fi, and inhouse AV systems such as CCTV etc.

As well as providing day to day Systems and Data support, you will have the opportunity to deliver IT projects, connect different teams, track performance, and help ensure data protection and cybersecurity are in place. The successful candidate will be responsible for running/facilitating IT training sessions for any new systems, the creation of training materials, as well as assistance with the onboarding of new staff members.

You will from a data aspect work closely with business stakeholder to produce and update reports on financial and operational activities, recommending any changes as you see fit to enhance the quality and reliability of the data within the various reports.

It goes without saying that the successful candidate will be a good confident communicator (both written and spoken), who can establish good solid relationships with all areas of the business. You will also be liaising with and managing third party organisations.

Due to the nature of the work involved this position requires a candidate who can visit different sites across North London throughout the working week, although there will be opportunities for remote working as the workload dictates.

Given the nature of the role, you should be able to work on your own, while also able to collaborate effectively with the team and key stakeholders.
