Compliance & Operations Apprentice
As a Compliance and Operations Apprentice you'll:
- Gain hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day running of business operations
- Develop a strong understanding of compliance processes & professional working practices.
- Help with data management, process monitoring, & customer service activities
Role
Support the delivery of day-to-day operational and compliance activities across the organisation.
• Assist with maintaining accurate records, databases, and documentation to ensure information is up to date and compliant.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and processing routine requests.
• Help monitor processes and procedures, identifying and escalating any compliance concerns where appropriate.
• Support colleagues with reporting, audits, and the collection of information required for compliance purposes.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries, providing professional and timely support.
• Work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to support service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete apprenticeship learning activities and apply new knowledge and skills in the workplace.
Please note that responsibilities may vary as part of the apprenticeship programme, providing opportunities to gain experience across a range of compliance and operational functions.
Training
The training will be a mix of face-to-face and online training.
Face-to-face training will take place at the training provider's location.
Once an apprentice has successfully completed the qualification and the 24 months contract, they can apply for any available job on the portal.
