Job Title: Director, Risk Product LeadLocation: LondonReports To: Head of Enterprise Functions EngineeringRole OverviewWe are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Director, Risk Product Lead to drive the strategy, delivery, and transformation of enterprise risk platforms across the Group. This role will own the end-to-end product and technology agenda supporting the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), spanning both financial and non-financial risk domains.

The role will lead the development of next-generation risk capabilities powered by large-scale data platforms, modern architectures, and AI-driven insights, while ensuring robustness, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence.

The ideal leader will bring deep technical expertise, strong domain knowledge across Enterprise Risk, Financial Risk, and Non-Financial Risk, and proven experience in building and scaling global teams. They will play a critical role in establishing the foundational platforms for ERMF, while enabling innovation and transformation across Corporate Functions.

This is a critical leadership position that partners across Risk, Engineering, Data, and Business functions to elevate the Group's risk capability and ensure it is future-fit.
