What You’ll Do:
✅ Analyse Supply Chain Processes: Map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose efficiency improvements using tools like Lucidchart or Microsoft Visio.
✅ ERP System Insights: Learn core ERP modules (e.g., inventory, procurement, logistics) and analyse how they integrate with business operations.
✅ Data-Driven Decision Making: Use Excel/SQL to analyse logistics data, forecast demand, and optimise inventory levels.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align ERP solutions with business goals and supply chain strategies.
✅ Real-World Project: Tackle a supply chain or ERP optimisation challenge in the finale, such as redesigning a warehouse process, improving order fulfilment, or streamlining vendor management.
We’re Looking For:
- Recent graduates in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis (Excel/SQL), process mapping, and an interest in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with inventory management principles, logistics software, basic programming (Python/R for data analysis), or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Detail-oriented thinkers with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments.
