  • Promote and enable self‐service BI for internal and external users; mentor colleagues and contribute to best‐practice standards
  • Liaise with internal & external customers to improve decision making, feed insights back to Data Science & Strategy, and contribute to the growth of the Data Estate
  • Work within Agile/Waterfall methodologies, manage tickets and contribute to task/project management

What we’re looking for (non‐negotiables)

  • 3+ years’ BI/MI experience with strong Power BI and SQL Server skills (dataset authoring, optimisation) - Data Analysts with equivalent skills considered
  • Strong T‐SQL/SQL development experience and comfortable working with large/complex datasets and recurring reporting cadences

  • Pragmatic, curious and collaborative — technically minded and people‐focused

Desirable

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric migration and modern Power BI/Fabric workflows
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks exposure, SSRS and Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps)
  • Experience with CI/CD for BI, version control (GIT) and Dev/UAT/Prod deployment processes
  • Knowledge of data governance, RLS, DPIAs and cross‐tenant secure data sharing

What you’ll get

  • Long‐term BI team with progression into Data Engineering / Data Science

  • 26 days holiday + bank holidays, enhanced pension, medical cash plan and other benefits
