About the Role

Our HealthTech client is building a cohesive, high-performing in-house engineering team to power their growing technology suite, from web applications and data analytics platforms to AI tools and internal systems.

They’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who enjoys working across the stack, building impactful solutions, and contributing to products that genuinely make a difference to people’s lives.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with engineers and product leads to build reliable, user-friendly web applications
• Develop and maintain APIs and services using Python (Flask or similar frameworks)
• Build and enhance modern front-end interfaces using JavaScript and React
• Implement best practices for modular architecture, reusable code, and streamlined deployments
• Contribute to front-end consistency and tech stack standardisation
• Support AI, data processing, and user-facing integrations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
• Experience with Flask (or similar server-side frameworks)
• Solid React (or equivalent modern JS library) skills
• Comfortable with REST APIs, MongoDB, and cloud deployment
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerisation, and scalable systems
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI integration or data processing
• An eye for UX/UI design or design system experience
• Experience in startups or healthcare tech
