You’ll take real ownership from day one in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up, with the autonomy to shape how things are built and the opportunity to explore new ideas. Your work will directly influence the evolution of the platform, contributing to scalable, high-impact features that power customers at scale.

You’ll operate in a high-performing, product-led environment where speed, quality, and customer value are critical. From tackling complex technical challenges to delivering resilient, user-centric solutions, you’ll play a key role in shaping both the product and the technical direction of the business.

You’ll be trusted to think commercially as well as technically—balancing user needs, product vision, and business outcomes—while moving quickly, experimenting, and learning through rapid iteration.

About You

• Experience working in product-led, high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Able to think beyond code—considering user needs, product strategy, and commercial impact.
• Strong experience with backend technologies such as Go, Java, .NET, or Python.
• Comfortable working at pace, using experimentation, prototyping, and real user feedback to iterate quickly.
• Confident using modern AI tools (e.g. LLMs, coding assistants) as part of your workflow, applying sound judgement to validate and refine outputs.
• Passionate about leveraging AI to improve developer efficiency, enhance user value, and optimise product performance.
