Overview

We are looking for a Process Excellence & Analysis Consultant to join our consulting team.

You’ll lead discovery-to-readiness work with retail and e‐commerce clients, extracting undocumented process knowledge, designing future-state workflows and driving operational readiness for major digital transformation programmes.

The role

You will work across levels — from frontline SMEs to execs — running workshops, mapping as‐is processes, defining approvable future-state process designs and delivering training and operational readiness. Expect fast-paced discovery work that moves into execution with clear accountability for measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Capture and document as‐is processes where little/no documentation exists (structured interviews & workshops)
  • Apply process mapping methodologies (SIPOC, BPMN) to design and optimise future-state workflows
  • Translate business requirements into structured, deliverable stories and operational processes
  • Plan and deliver training, cutover/readiness activity and adoption support ahead of go‐live
  • Support content migration / CMS process mapping where required
  • Work with technical and non‐technical stakeholders to ensure deliverable quality and real-world operability
  • Contribute to Data Governance, process controls and measurable commercial outcomes (e.g., conversion, cross‐sell)
  • Promote pragmatic, repeatable process standards and best practice

What we’re looking for

  • Proven process mapping and process excellence experience in retail, e‐commerce or consumer digital businesses
  • Hands‐on experience taking discovery work through to operational readiness and training
  • Comfortable working in Agile and traditional delivery environments; able to bridge business and technical teams
  • Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness of how process changes impact revenue, conversion and operational cost
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar accreditation desirable; CMS/content migration and AI/automation experience advantageous

Why apply

Join a high-growth consultancy where delivery and measurability matter. You’ll get real responsibility, strong benefits, development opportunities and the chance to shape client transformation programmes end‐to‐end.

To apply

If you’ve got strong retail/e‐commerce process experience and enjoy hands‐on transformation work, get in touch for more info and next steps.
