I’m working on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to join an established scale up. Working collaboratively in full stack multi-disciplinary teams where everyone is expected to be hands on across all stages of development.

What you'll be doing:

✨ Our backends are serverless AWS Lambda services using Typescript & Node.js.

✨ We build our front end apps as single page applications in modern JavaScript frameworks, powered by our microservice architecture.

✨ Our infrastructure is hosted in AWS, defined as code, containerised on ECS, and we’re embracing serverless and other cloud native technologies.

✨ Our operational data stores are a combination of Mongo and AWS managed Relational Databases.

What they're looking for:

✔ Typescript, Node, AWS, and ReactJS. You don't need to have experience with all of these, but you'll be an experienced developer who has the capability (and interest!) to work with these tools.

✔ Experience with automated testing and a desire to practice TDD.

✔ A good understanding of SOLID design principles.

✔ Demonstrates a strong understanding of DevOps principles and possesses hands-on experience deploying, maintaining, and taking ownership of systems through CI/CD pipelines within cloud-based infrastructure.
