Salary: Up to £130,000 + Equity (0.1% - 0.3%)

About the Company

This stealth-mode AI startup, founded by ex-Palantir leads, is building technology that transforms everyday data into living playbooks — systems that don’t just copy processes but actively help companies do better.

With no overhauls required, the platform works on top of existing tools and learns as it goes, helping teams scale smarter.

While there isn’t much out there yet, what’s being built aims to reshape how organisations think about scale, process, and tribal knowledge.

🧠 The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer (3–8 years’ experience) to join the London-based platform team. You’ll work across the stack - from building fast, powerful user-facing systems to solving deep technical challenges behind the scenes.

You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team, iterate rapidly on product, and help shape a category-defining platform.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Build and ship a fast, powerful user-facing platform.
• Iterate on product for completely novel technologies.
• Collaborate with the London-based team on new features and infrastructure.
• Contribute across the stack — from Python backend to React front-end.

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering.
• Strong background in TypeScript + React or Python , and solid understanding of SQL .
• Experience building and maintaining technically complex products.
• Excited by solving hard problems and learning fast.
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain not just what happened, but why .

Bonus: You tinker, learn, and build in your spare time.

🚫 What We’re Not Looking For

• Data scientists or AI/ML engineers focused on agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain).
• Short-term contractors or job hoppers — this is a hands-on, long-term build role.
