📍 London (On-site, supportive environment, flexible core hours, 5 days a week)

About You

● Background working in product-driven teams.

● Think holistically—not just about code, but about user needs, product vision, and business outcomes.

● Worked with back end languages like Go, Java, .Net, Python etc

● Act with pace, rapidly testing ideas through prototyping and real user feedback to learn and iterate quickly.

● You confidently work with modern AI tools (such as LLMs and coding assistants), using them as collaborative tools while applying your judgement to validate, refine, or override.

● You’re motivated to find practical ways AI can elevate developer productivity, increase user impact, and improve product performance.
