Role: Lead Analytics Manager
Location: Hybrid — 3 days in Manchester City Centre 🏢
Salary: £55k–£65k (DOE) 💰
Our client is an ambitious scale‐up consultancy hiring a Lead Web Analyst as they enter a fast growth phase. They deliver real‐time, commercial analytics for clients via a small, agile, customer‐first team - think outcomes over agency bureaucracy. 🚀
What you’ll do
- Own client engagements end‐to‐end: scoping, delivery, presenting insights and building strong client relationships.
- Lead and line manage a small analytics team (min. 2 Analysts), providing coaching, QA and career development.
- Design and implement GA4 + Google Tag Manager solutions and measurement strategies.
- Deliver AI proof‐of‐concepts and help operationalise AI/ML insights into analytics workflows.
- Build dashboards, run analysis and translate data into clear, commercial recommendations.
- Proactively identify cross‐sell opportunities and work with the commercial team to broaden client engagements (additional products/services).
About you
- Passionate data advocate who enjoys empowering businesses with insight. ❤️
- Strong GA4 & GTM implementation experience — commercial project delivery preferred. 🛠️
- Proven people management experience (line managing at least 2 analysts or equivalent). 📚
- Experience with AI POCs or integrating AI into analytics workflows is a strong plus. 🤖
- Confident presenter — can deliver client workshops and influence stakeholders. ✅
- Commercial mindset — comfortable spotting and supporting cross‐sell opportunities.
