The Company

We are partnering with a rapidly scaling, Private Equity-backed global consultancy operating at the forefront of digital and AI-enabled transformation. With operations spanning the US, EMEA and APAC, the firm delivers strategic and technical services across a diverse client base in sales, marketing and customer service automation. As the business accelerates through organic growth and international M&A, they are seeking to recruit a proven Interim COO to support scalable, high-quality delivery and operational excellence.

The Person & The Role

The Interim COO will need specific knowledge around Adobe/ Salesforce capabilities and data automation. Understanding the front of office landscape in a rapidly expanding digital consultancy environment is also critical.

You will need to be able to deliver end-to-end operational team improvement, including;

• Reshaping and aligning capabilities - supporting the new offering to market, covering customer alignment, value proposition, marketing channels, sales process, estimating pricing, and operational delivery across growing global teams.
• Systems integration globally.

The Interim COO will lead global delivery and operational support, driving consistent, profitable outcomes and executing strategic goals. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Board, the role is accountable for delivered Revenue across all service lines.

Key responsibilities include translating strategy into operating plans, leading transformation, overseeing service delivery, M&A integration, IT, and information security, and ensuring Board-level visibility on performance, risk, and client success.
