An ambitious international consumer technology business is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth across the UK and Europe.

With established market positions, recognised brands and a significant platform for expansion, the business is entering a pivotal stage in its evolution. The Board is seeking a commercially astute and internationally minded leader capable of accelerating growth, strengthening competitive advantage and creating long-term shareholder value.

The Role

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will provide strategic and commercial leadership across the organisation, with responsibility for:

• Defining and executing the long-term growth agenda.
• Driving market share expansion across key international markets.
• Refining market segmentation and customer engagement strategies.
• Optimising performance across retail, distribution, e-commerce and strategic partner channels.
• Identifying new geographic, category and customer opportunities.
• Building a high-performance culture centred on accountability, agility and execution.
• Delivering sustainable revenue growth, profitability and value creation.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be an accomplished CEO, Managing Director or Divisional President with a proven record of leading international businesses through periods of growth and transformation.

You will bring:

• Significant international commercial leadership experience.
• A track record of delivering market expansion and profitable growth.
• Deep understanding of customer segmentation, channel strategy and route-to-market optimisation.
• Strong strategic, financial and operational credentials.
• Experience leading high-performing, multi-national teams.
