The impact you'll make
You'll lead the business end-to-end, setting the strategic agenda and ensuring operational excellence across all core functions, including commercial, technical, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
Your focus will be to:

• Define and deliver a bold, long-term growth strategy across UK & Europe
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing executive leadership team
• Strengthen brand positioning and innovation across professional and consumer markets
• Ensure strong financial governance, reporting, and operational discipline
• Act as a key ambassador, building strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships

You're a strategically minded, commercially astute leader with a strong track record of growing and transforming businesses in technical or product-led environments.
You are likely to bring:

• Proven experience in executive-level P&L leadership
• A track record of scaling businesses and delivering sustainable profitability
• Broad operational expertise across commercial, technical, marketing, and supply chain functions
• The ability to lead through growth, transformation, and complexity
• Strong communication skills with the credibility to influence stakeholders globally
• Fluency in Mandarin, enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders
