Sector: Cyber SecurityReference: BBBH186881_1788949906Cyber Security Lead and Architect - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Reading Office - Hybrid We're supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to provide strategic and operational security leadership across a large customer-facing business.

Key responsibilities include cyber governance, risk management, security assurance, regulatory compliance (NIS/NIS2), stakeholder engagement, and providing security oversight across digital platforms, projects, and agile delivery teams.

Key requirements:

Strong technical cyber security background, including security architecture, security controls and assurance across complex technology environments.

Proven experience developing and delivering cyber security strategy, leading security initiatives and driving security maturity improvements.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks including CAF, NIS and NIS2, with experience supporting regulatory compliance and audits.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build effective relationships across business and technology teams. Solid experience in cyber governance, risk management and compliance, including conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate security controls.
