IT Service Delivery Manager (Contract)Location: London We're looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to ensure the reliable, high‐quality delivery of IT products and services. This role suits someone proactive, detail‐driven and determined to root‐cause issues before they impact customers.You'll work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to align IT service delivery with product roadmaps and business objectives.What you'll be doingOwning the delivery of IT products and services to agreed SLAs and product requirementsCollaborating with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate product needs into effective service deliveryCoordinating delivery teams to ensure efficient, high‐quality outcomesMonitoring service performance, identifying trends and driving improvementsProactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they escalateWorking with product operations teams to ensure seamless service deliveryReporting on service performance, availability and customer satisfactionWhat we're looking forMust‐have:Demonstrable experience as an IT Service Delivery ManagerStrong IT service management background (e.g. ITIL)Experience working closely with product‐led teamsProven ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes and implement preventative solutionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem‐solving capabilityAccountabilitiesConsistent delivery of services in line with SLAs and product goalsHigh levels of customer satisfactionEffective collaboration with Product Owners and Product ManagersIf you're a delivery‐focused contractor who proactively fixes problems before they become incidents, we'd like to hear from you.
