What You'll Do* Define and evolve enterprise-wide data architecture and strategy.

• Support the transition to a modern cloud-based data platform.
• Develop and embed data standards, architecture principles and governance frameworks.
• Design and assure interoperable data solutions across complex business environments.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to improve data quality, consistency and reuse.
• Contribute to data strategy, metadata management and AI-related initiatives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to influence architectural decisions and long-term direction. What We're Looking For* Experience in Data Architecture, Data Modelling or Enterprise Data Strategy.
• Strong understanding of data standards, interoperability and governance.
• Experience designing data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouses, data meshes or modern data platforms.
• Familiarity with metadata management, data catalogues or related tooling.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous environments.
• A strategic mindset combined with the ability to drive practical outcomes. Desirable Experience* Cloud migration and cloud-native data architecture.
• Ontologies, semantic modelling or knowledge graphs.
• AI-enabled data architectures and emerging technologies.
