AI Delivery Lead- Insurance

We are currently recruiting for a AI Delivery Lead to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Proven leadership experience in managing AI projects (ideally in Financial Services) across different time zones on a global scale
• Experience in mobilising AI projects - aligning priorities to measurable business outcomes and clear benefits tracking
• Understand and communicate core AI technologies keeping abreast of latest changes and innovations
• Work with data teams to validate model outputs, data quality and performance metrics
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation and AI driven innovation within existing systems and processes
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and data lifecycle management
• Experience of using a wide variety of methods including Waterfall, Agile (e.g. Scrum, DSDM, ASD, etc.), to deliver change
• You lead the development of new intellectual capital and upskill the team to meet future business demands.
• You provide an expert OGB-wide view to optimise links between structure, people and processes.
• Pensions experience desirable
