AI Transformation Manager

Title: Product Change Manager

Location: Heathrow Airport, Hounslow (2–3 days onsite per week)

Contract Length: 12 Months

Engagement: Inside IR35

We’re supporting on an exciting transformation programme and are looking for a high-calibre Product Change Manager / Transformation Consultant to join the team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting and transformation background who has delivered operational change programmes leveraging AI and automation technologies.

• Strong consultancy background – ideally from McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Quantum Black, BCG X, or Oliver Wyman

• 3+ years’ consulting / Transformation experience

• Proven ability to implement AI and automation tools into operational programmes

• Experience delivering operational transformation / change initiatives

• Strong focus on value creation and business outcomes

• Aviation experience is desirable but not essential

Important note:

This is not a traditional Product Manager role focused on a single product.

We’re specifically looking for individuals who have led transformation and operational change programmes, particularly within consulting environments where titles may vary (Associate, Consultant, Engagement Manager, Programme Manager, etc.).
