Administrator - Part Time
Role - Conference Administrator
Contract length - 33 working days
Part-time - 3 days per week
Start date is ideally Monday 01/09/25 and end date will be Monday 17/11/25
Hybrid role - 3 days in the office with some flex once they are set up and running in the role
Location - Brighton, BN1
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing speaker changes and cancellations as well as updating information on our online agenda and on-site documents
- Helping to collect missing information (e.g. headshots, mobile telephone numbers, presentation titles...), and follow-up emails
- Producing onsite holding slides
- Other general administrative tasks in support of the conference deliver
Skills & Experience:
- Several years solid administrative experience
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving issues efficiently..
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
