Senior Business Analyst - Contract Location: London - 12-Month Initial Term

We're hiring multiple Senior Business Analysts to support a large-scale technology programme focused on hybrid cloud migration and adoption for a government client.

• Lead strategic analysis to support business and technical change.
• Design processes and operating models for hybrid cloud environments.
• Analyse complex programme, technical, and business challenges; propose practical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering.
• Produce clear documentation including use cases, process maps, and guardrails.

• 6+ years' experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in techniques such as PESTLE, root cause analysis, and business process modelling.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in both business change and technical environments.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA); ISEB Diploma or Chartered IT Professional desirable.
