Business Analyst
Job Title: Business Analyst - HR / Payroll System Implementation Client: Staffordshire County Council Location: Staffordshire (Onsite 3 days per week, sometimes more)Contract: Until September 2027 IR35: Inside IR35
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support an HR and Payroll system implementation programme. The role involves analysing current processes, defining future-state solutions, and supporting system delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

AS-IS / TO-BE analysis

Process mapping
-
Running stakeholder workshops
-
Working in a Waterfall project environment

Supporting end-to-end testing

Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Requirements:

Experience in HR / Payroll system implementations

Knowledge of Oracle or SAP HR systems preferred

Strong process mapping and workshop facilitation skills

Experience with UAT and testing phases

Local Authority / Council / Public Sector experience preferred.
