Senior Business Analyst - Digital Fulfilment
6-month contract | Inside IR35 London or Leeds (London preferred) Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital Fulfilment / OMS Sterling product team. This role supports both Retail and Supply Chain functions and partners closely with the Supply Chain and Digital teams.
You will work end-to-end across requirements, solution design, testing, and change delivery for key digital fulfilment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an end-to-end BA across demand gathering, requirements definition, solution walkthroughs, and test script creation.
- Ensure solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to business needs.
- Work with the Change Analyst team to raise, refine, and manage tickets.
- Support delivery of large-scale digital fulfilment projects.
- Collaborate closely with the EU BA, with potential cross-regional joint delivery.
- Strong background in Order Management Systems, ideally Sterling OMS (or comparable OMS platforms).
- Experience in omnichannel retail environments.
- Knowledge of fulfilment processes, including store-based and/or warehouse-based fulfilment.
