Business Analysts (AI)

Location: London Contract

We're hiring a Business Process Analyst to support a large-scale AI and data transformation programme. You'll help identify, map and prioritise opportunities where AI can deliver real business value, acting as the bridge between operations and technology teams.

• Reviewing business areas to understand current processes and workflows
• Identifying and prioritising AI and data opportunities
• Mapping processes and translating findings into clear, actionable insights
• Supporting scoping and shaping of work for technical delivery teams
• Ensuring solutions deliver measurable value, impact and ROI
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand needs and challenge thinking
• Supporting transformation from current-state to AI-enabled future state

• Experience as a Business Analyst / Process Analyst
• Strong skills in process mapping, modelling and improvement
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
• Experience working across data, technology or transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on value and outcomes
