Business Change Manager

Business Change Manager - Contract Location: London | 12-Month Initial Term

We're hiring multiple Business Change Managers to support a major government programme focused on hybrid cloud migration and adoption. These roles are central to driving organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead change planning, stakeholder engagement, and communications.
  • Design and deliver interventions including training, sponsorship plans, and comms campaigns.
  • Analyse business impacts and readiness across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Support operating model changes and benefit realisation.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible messaging.
What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years' experience in business change roles, ideally using Prosci ADKAR or similar.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in change planning, training development, and benefit analysis.
  • APMG Change Management certification or equivalent (desirable).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and project lifecycle tools.
