You’ll play a key role in a large‐scale, tech‐enabled transformation programme, partnering with Business Architects and senior stakeholders to design seamless, future‐ready processes that deliver real customer and operational value.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading detailed business process design across multiple functional areas
• Translating high‐level operating models into actionable, effective processes
• Acting as the bridge between operational teams and technology
• Facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and driving stakeholder alignment
• Providing thought leadership across process design, optimisation and governance
• Supporting implementation, testing, training and continuous improvement initiatives

💡 What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Business Process Analyst
• Strong background in BPMN, process design and enterprise‐level transformation
• Skilled communicator who can influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Proficient in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS
• Excellent analytical mindset with a pragmatic, delivery‐focused approach
• Experience working closely with Business Architects and cross‐functional teams
