Working across multiple business functions and stakeholders, you will ensure readiness activities remain on track, acceptance criteria are maintained, and risks are effectively managed to enable a safe and successful migration outcome for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and management of all Business Readiness activities before and after migration events.
  • Develop, maintain, and track comprehensive readiness and warranty support plans.
  • Coordinate multiple business areas to define, maintain, and update Business Readiness Acceptance Criteria.
  • Facilitate readiness assessments and ensure all business requirements are met ahead of migration.
  • Manage post-migration warranty activities, including governance, issue management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor progress against readiness milestones and proactively identify potential delivery risks.
  • Manage and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and interdependencies associated with migration events.
  • Collaborate with programme teams, business stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support decision-making processes through effective analysis, reporting, and problem resolution.
Required Experience
  • Proven experience planning and managing Business Readiness and Warranty activities across complex transformation, migration, or change programmes.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering readiness activities before and after major implementation or migration events.
  • Qualified Project Manager (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and change management principles.
  • Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders where there is no direct line management responsibility.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams, external suppliers, and strategic partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience identifying, monitoring, and managing risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience working within large-scale migration, transformation, or technology change programmes.
  • Exposure to regulated or complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing post-go-live support and warranty periods.
What's on Offer?
  • Opportunity to play a key role in a major migration programme.
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders across a large organisation.
  • Collaborative and high-performing delivery environment.
