CRM Manager | London | Hybrid | £65,000

An established organisation is looking to hire an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of customer communications and lifecycle marketing activity.

This role suits someone who enjoys combining strategy, delivery and optimisation, and who can work confidently across marketing, sales and technology teams to improve engagement and commercial performance.

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £65,000

Contract: Permanent

The Role

You will be responsible for shaping and running CRM activity that supports customers from early engagement through to conversion and beyond.

The role focuses on:

  • Owning and evolving CRM and lifecycle marketing activity
  • Improving engagement, conversion and retention through better use of data
  • Ensuring CRM platforms are used effectively and consistently
  • Working with stakeholders to align CRM activity with wider business objectives

This is a role with real ownership, offering the opportunity to assess what is working, identify opportunities and drive improvements rather than simply execute pre defined campaigns.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Managing and developing CRM activity across multiple customer touchpoints
  • Designing and optimising automated journeys and communications
  • Using data and insight to inform targeting, personalisation and performance
  • Working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver CRM initiatives
  • Monitoring results and continuously refining approach to improve outcomes
  • Ensuring CRM platforms are well maintained, reliable and fit for purpose

Required Experience

Candidates must have:

  • Strong, hands on experience with Salesforce and Pardot
  • A proven background in CRM, lifecycle or direct marketing roles
  • Experience using data and reporting to guide decision making
  • The ability to operate confidently with multiple stakeholders
