About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the change management strategy for a major SAP ERP S/4HANA implementation within a local authority environment. This is a pivotal role ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organisation, driving stakeholder engagement, and minimising disruption during transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan aligned with SAP S/4HANA implementation milestones.
  • Engage with stakeholders across departments to ensure clear communication and buy-in.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Design and deliver training and support programs for end-users.
  • Monitor and report on change adoption, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager on large-scale ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong background working within local authorities or public sector organizations, with an understanding of governance and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and related business transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
