wThe Claims MI Analyst acts as the primary data and reporting partner for the Reinsurance Claims team. The role focuses on delivering management information (MI), reporting, analytics, and business insights that support better decision-making, operational performance, and data-driven working practices

.You will work closely with Claims stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, develop Power BI dashboards, analyse claims data, resolve data quality issues, and promote the adoption of reporting and analytics across the business

• esServe as the main MI and data contact for the Reinsurance Claims functio
• n.Gather business requirements and develop Power BI reports and dashboard
• s.Analyse claims data to provide actionable business insight
• s.Support claims-related projects with data expertis
• e.Investigate and resolve data quality and reporting issue
• s.Deliver training and promote data-driven decision-making across Claims team
• s.Work with SQL, Power BI, and Excel to create reporting solution
• s.Collaborate with stakeholders and prioritise competing business requirement
• s.Develop expertise in reinsurance claims processes and workflow
