Job Title: Data Support Analyst

Job Location: Rickmansworth

Duration: 12 months

Office Requirement: 2 days onsite per week (Wednesday is mandatory)

Description:

• We are seeking a Data Support Analyst to work within our ISIT team supporting the data requirements of our business departments.
• You will work closely with our business teams to understand their requirements and work with our remote technical teams to build and validate SQL queries to deliver the correct CRM audiences from within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Reporting to our Data Lead, you will also ensure that the current technical architecture is fully understood and documented.

Skills

• SQL
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Advanced Excel

Experience

• Any previous role involving analysis and segmentation of large data sets
• Preparation and validation of SQL data extract scripts
• Use of Excel pivot tables
• Demonstrable use of AI to improve functional delivery

Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail
• Communication – able to communicate technical issues with non-technical business staff, or business requirements to technical teams
• Effective working with remote teams or alone
