Data Migration Lead - Insurance Experience - Outside IR35

Our client, a global Insurance broker, are currently looking to hire a Data Migration Lead with experience in the Reinsurance sector. to join the client on a contract basis. This role would be hybrid working with the site based in London.

The client are seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive the data migration workstream implement the migration strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading data migration projects within insurance, reinsurance, or financial services environments.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, ETL tools, and migration methodologies.
• Experience with reinsurance business processing is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to produce migration artefacts such as data mapping documents, migration plans, and validation reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with global and U.S. based teams.
• Delivery focused, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision in an agile environment.
• Experience with Broking platforms would be an advantage.

Location: Based in the UK but able to work flexible hours to support US and UK activity.
