Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager - Inside IR35 - £600 per day - Leeds Office - Hybrid Working

Lorien is currently looking for a Delivery Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. This role is ideal for someone with experience of Agile delivery, who can lead projects from concept to production and ideally has experience of working with Point of Sale (POS) devices or self-serve kiosks.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead software delivery projects in an Agile Scrum environment (with some waterfall elements)
• Manage the transition from development to production and service, delivering microservices and full software packages across devices
• Gather requirements, create development tickets, oversee testing, and ensure smooth production rollout

What You Will Need:

• Previous experience in Project Delivery (Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scaled Agile, and LeSS
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills - able to build relationships up to board level
