Digital Portfolio Manager

Location: London

We're looking for an experienced Digital Portfolio Manager to lead a complex portfolio of digital, technology and business change initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving delivery, governance and business value across enterprise-wide programmes.

• Leading and managing a portfolio of digital and technology programmes aligned to organisational objectives.
• Embedding and evolving portfolio management frameworks, governance and best practices.
• Overseeing delivery performance, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation across multiple programmes.
• Providing leadership across Agile, DevOps and digital delivery initiatives.
• Supporting and overseeing programmes involving enterprise systems, including Oracle ERP.
• Managing budgets and ensuring value for money from technology investments.
• Engaging senior stakeholders and providing clear portfolio reporting and insight.
• Building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

Essential:

• Proven experience managing large-scale digital portfolios.
• Strong background in digital delivery within Agile environments.
• Expertise in portfolio governance, risk and dependency management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Understanding of UK Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with Oracle ERP (Finance, HR or Procurement).
• Knowledge of corporate services such as Finance, HR and Commercial.
• Experience operating within UK Government or public sector organisations.

• Lead high-profile digital transformation programmes.
• Influence strategic decision-making at portfolio level.
• Work across technology, business change and enterprise systems.
• Drive measurable outcomes and long-term organisational value.
