Contract: 6 months (Outside IR35)Location: Hybrid - London Head Office
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to support a major transformation project within our Financial Services division. This role will be instrumental in launching a new broker model, helping to establish a new entity that will enable the business to realise its strategic ambitions.
About the Role
You'll lead the development of innovative, customer-centric insurance products, working closely with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver a seamless digital experience. As the Product Owner, you'll manage the roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
You'll also play a key role in designing the broker journey, collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors - particularly CDL, the Policy Administration System provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of the broker journey
- Collaborate with third-party vendors (e.g. CDL) to implement the Policy Admin System.
- Own and manage the Product Backlog and Roadmap, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic OKRs.
- Define and deliver digital customer journeys that are intuitive, compliant, and commercially viable.
- Use data, analytics, and experimentation (e.g. A/B testing, MVT) to validate decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver value at pace.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility throughout the product lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Deep expertise in insurance products
- Proven experience in digital product management, especially in regulated environments.
- Experience working with third-party platforms like CDL is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban).
- Ability to solve complex problems, manage competing priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience designing and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and running experiments.
