About the Rol

eWe are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to support a major enterprise-wide digital transformation programme. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in defining and delivering a large-scale Digital Future strategy that will modernise business processes, operating models, and ways of working across a complex organisation

.Working closely with senior leadership, external consultancy partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help drive strategic transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation

Key Responsibiliti

  • esSupport the development and delivery of a large-scale digital transformation strateg
  • y.Coordinate multiple workstreams across business, technology, change, and operational team
  • s.Manage governance, programme reporting, actions, risks, and dependencie
  • s.Work closely with senior executives and steering committees to ensure successful programme deliver
  • y.Manage relationships with external consultancy partners and vendor
  • s.Support business case development, budget management, and benefits trackin
  • g.Prepare executive-level presentations, papers, and programme update
  • s.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activitie
  • s.Ensure programme activities align with governance frameworks and organisational objective

Required Experie

  • nceExtensive experience delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation programm
  • es.Strong programme/project management background within complex organisatio
  • ns.Experience leading business transformation and organisational change initiatives, not solely technology implementatio
  • ns.Proven delivery of large-scale, multi-workstream programmes (£5m+ preferre
  • d).Experience managing external consultancies, suppliers, and delivery partne
  • rs.Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to executive and board-level audienc
  • es.Experience working with PMO, business analysis, change management, and delivery tea
  • ms.Knowledge of governance, business case development, and benefits realisati
