EU PTD Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager with strong Compensation/ HR experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including governance, planning, execution, and maintenance of project artefacts
  • Coordinate multiple HR workstreams across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HRIT, and Service Delivery
  • Identify, manage, and resolve cross-functional dependencies and blockers across teams and Centres of Excellence
  • Facilitate alignment between COE leaders, Business HR, and functional owners on milestones, resourcing, and deliverable accountability
  • Partner closely with HRIT on system-related initiatives, including requirements definition, UAT coordination, go-live, and stabilisation
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with HR leadership, HRIT, Legal, and business stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level communications such as status reports, governance updates, and briefing materials
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans, ensuring readiness, training, and communications are effectively sequenced
  • Assess and manage change impacts across geographies, employee populations, and HR service delivery channels

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale HR projects or programmes within complex, global organisations
  • Proven ability to manage initiatives spanning multiple HR Centres of Excellence simultaneously
  • Direct experience working with HRIT on system implementations, integrations, or significant configuration changes
  • Experience delivering legislative or regulatory projects, ideally within an EU context or involving worker representatives
  • Strong background in structured project management, governance, and senior-stakeholder engagement
  • Experience producing executive-level reporting and driving decisions in environments with competing priorities and ambiguity
  • Desirable experience supporting compensation or Total Rewards initiatives, HR service delivery models, and HR technology platforms such as Oracle HCM
